Do I need to buy any minimum number of license for any period?

No. There is no such commitment required. You are free to buy any number of license as & when you wish.

What is activation period & validity of license?

Whenever you purchase a license, you get a period over which you can activate the license. Some license comes with 1 Month activation period & some upto 12 Month. It means, you will get that time to sell it to your customer. Once you sell it & activate any license, the validity (Usually 12 Month) comes into account. The validity of a license starts only after you activate any license.

What happens once the license validity is expired?

You need to renew your license everytime your license validity is expired. The cost of renewing license may remain the same as your license cost or may be increased at a rate of 10% (Max) annually.

Is there any restriction on number of license per account?

No. You can buy any number of license in your account.

What is refund policy of license?

The very first license you buy with us (either monthly or annually) is only allowed for refund within first 7 days of purchasing the license. After 7 days of purchase, no amount paid will be refundable. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of services used during the period. The refund will be processed within next 15 working days and credited to the same account which was used to make the payment. Other than first license, no other license will be refundable.

Do I need Credit Card/Debit Card at the time of sign-up?

No, You don’t need any Credit Card/Debit Card at the time of sign-up. You only need to provide your email & contact information to create your account.

Do you store Credit Card/Debit Card information?

No, we don’t. We don’t charge our customers automatically. Customers when need to buy license, can make payment. All the payments are made securely via third party payment gateways.

Is there any restriction on number of account per country?

No, Any one can sign-up from any part of the world. and start reselling on Skolite.

Can I change my reseller domain?

Yes, you are free to change your domain till you have not activated any license. Once you activate any single license, you won’t be able to change your domain.

How can I collect payment from my clients?

Skolite offers you to integrate Paypal, Stripe & Razorpay (India) payment gateway to collect online payment. You can also collect payment offline or via Bank Transfer and add a client subscription manually.

I am unable to create demo account. Why?
